Job Title: Project Manager - Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team and oversee the development and implementation of required and optional external quality review activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, including the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of contract deliverables.

About the Role
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing work plans, assigning duties, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal managers to coordinate review activities, prioritize tasks, and maximize staff efficiency.
  • Participate in mandatory and optional review activities as a quality reviewer/consultant, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with DHS, MCOs, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in health-related or social services field; master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of supervisory experience or continuous team/project management leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience managing complex projects.
  • Experience with continuous quality improvement, process improvement, and Lean principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reviews and compliance-based surveys, such as Federal managed care regulations and DHS health care regulations.
  • Managed care experience is a plus, including knowledge of managed care delivery systems, organizations, and financing.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical and health records systems.
  • Able to work independently and within a team structure.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan.
