Client Relations Supervisor

Lead a dedicated team within the office sector. Oversee general office operations and customer service functions, including the completion of contracts and the onboarding process for new clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high levels of productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Address daily customer service challenges, including data entry inaccuracies, client grievances, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to guarantee smooth information exchange with the warehouse, ensuring timely truck dispatch and accurate receipt and shipment of products.
  • Manage documentation retention for bills of lading, proof of deliveries, invoices, and accounting adjustments.
  • Boost office efficiency through effective utilization of available resources and tools.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret company policies, procedures, and agreements.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, particularly in sensitive and complex situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
