Part-time

PRN - Contingent (as needed)

The Server plays a crucial role in providing assistance with all dining service operations as directed, adhering to established policies and procedures.

  • Delivers meals promptly, ensuring they are appealing and well-presented. Responsible for proper table settings and meal tray preparations, serving meals in the dining room, private dining areas, and delivering trays to residents' rooms/apartments.
  • Assists with daily or scheduled cleaning tasks, following established policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with all dietary protocols in accordance with established guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • On-the-job training provided; prior experience in food service is preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care or with the elderly population is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are required.
