This is an exciting chance for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of payroll compliance to make a meaningful impact. As a Payroll Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's payroll processes adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure employers are making the correct contributions to labor union benefit fund plans (health, pension, annuity) as per Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Schedule and conduct reviews at employer locations, including travel outside the tri-state area.
  • Compare payroll documentation to benefit fund reports to verify correct contributions.
  • Prepare detailed reports for any discrepancies using Excel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Mathematical Studies preferred.
  • Bookkeeping and/or payroll experience is a plus.
  • Strong data analytics and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good decision-making abilities.
  • Must have a car.
