Patient Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled and personable Patient Service Representative to join our team at the Brickhill clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our community.
About the Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Level 3 English proficiency required
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- May require working past 5pm as needed
- 4-hour shift rotation on Saturday mornings every few months at 180 Park will be required
