We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our multifamily project in Northern Virginia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing ground-up multifamily builds, with expertise in wood frame construction and wrap/podium projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and budgets
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with the project manager to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team

Requirements:

  • Documented experience in ground-up multifamily builds
  • Wood frame experience
  • Understanding of wrap/podium multifamily projects
  • Strong knowledge and experience in construction project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents
  • Experience in coordinating and managing subcontractors
