Position Summary

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize basic computer skills effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Provide informed recommendations for products and services.
  • Meet and maintain sales targets.
  • Manage multiple tasks, including cleaning and engaging with clients.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon, including tanning rooms and common areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to bend and clean tanning equipment.
  • Ability to lift and assist with heavy items.
  • Willingness to pick up items from the floor as needed.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
