Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We seek a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive our marketing efforts through data-driven strategies and effective campaign execution. This role involves overseeing website, CRM, and marketing system operations, as well as managing logistics for diverse marketing campaigns and events.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on objectives and ensure seamless follow-up on marketing-generated contacts and leads.

To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven. Experience in supporting sales and marketing in a software company is essential, along with familiarity with sales and marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate opportunities to connect with and build our audience through event management and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to plan inbound marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Create and manage project plans for various marketing initiatives, working with agencies as needed.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns using multiple channels.
  • Administer the HubSpot marketing automation system, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and list imports.
  • Establish goals and success metrics for marketing programs, reporting on results.
  • Maintain database hygiene, perform data migrations, and create segments.
  • Maintain and update website and social channels, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and communication regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience researching, supporting, and managing events and conferences.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and social media tools.
  • Ai savvy: ability to use AI to increase productivity without compromising quality, accuracy, or copyrights.
  • Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
  • Design skills and knowledge of HTML or other development languages is a plus.
  • Regenerative agriculture industry experience is a bonus.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85-$100k, based on location in Minneapolis or Boston.
