Position Overview

The Tire Technician role serves as an entry-level position for aspiring Automotive Technicians and is an excellent starting point for your career at Monro.

As a Tire Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, performing tire services on customer vehicles.

More importantly, you will collaborate with your team to provide five-star customer experiences, utilizing your technical skills to ensure that our customers have safe and reliable transportation.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from minimum wage up to $32.00, with eligibility for additional compensation and incentives based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Changing, mounting, and installing tires
  • Removing wheels, repairing and balancing tires, and performing tire patch/plug repairs
  • Inspecting and rotating tires
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
