Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and motivate sales and technical team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment.
  • Skills: Guest and team-focused mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, business mentality, basic algebra skills, and ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role operates in an automotive shop environment, with exposure to moderate noise levels, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. The ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Must be able to lift, carry, and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
