POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Operations Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that all Front End associates deliver prompt, courteous, and effective customer service. This role oversees the complete Front End operations, which includes managing customer transactions at registers, handling bottle returns, and maintaining cleanliness in break rooms, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure exceptional customer service and courtesy is provided consistently.
- Uphold company 5S efficiency standards in all operations.
- Train and supervise cashiers, bottle return associates, and service clerks.
- Manage scheduling and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain cash control and security in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.
- Monitor pricing accuracy and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Front End area in accordance with sanitation regulations.
- Oversee Front End merchandising to ensure adequate stock levels and cleanliness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proven satisfactory performance reviews.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Effective management skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Basic literacy and computer skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position may require exposure to varying temperatures, frequent standing, walking, and lifting of weights up to 75 lbs. Responsibilities may include pushing or pulling heavy items and performing repetitive motions.
EQUIPMENT UTILIZED
Typical equipment includes phones, computers, calculators, registers, and cleaning tools.
