We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Renown Health. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with 340B program regulations and optimizing pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with 340B program regulations.
- Monitor and assess 340B guidance and rule changes, including HRSA/OPA rules and Medicaid changes.
- Conduct regular audits of 340B programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize pharmacy operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and contract pharmacies to ensure compliance with 340B program regulations.
- Prepare and present reports to pharmacy leadership and the 340B Steering Committee on program participation, savings, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 340B program-related roles.
- Active Nevada Pharmacy Technician license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Pharmacy Technician license.
