Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Medical Telemetry Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients with neurological and medical conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical-surgical or critical care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience working in a neuro medical telemetry unit or similar setting.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty, such as CCRN or CNRN.
