Job Description

This full-time position involves working 12-hour night shifts and requires a Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in NICU Nursing and be certified in their area of specialty.

Responsibilities
  • Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
  • Advocate: Effectively advocate for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
  • Foster a learning environment for patient/families, nursing, and other members of the healthcare team including students.
