About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Bar Cicchetti by Fabio Viviani. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide quality, genuine hospitality in a timely manner.
  2. Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages for servers and guests at the bar.
  3. Prepare consistent beverages following recipes in a timely manner.
  4. Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
  5. Understand and provide information to guests regarding all menu items available.
  6. Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deals with intoxicated guests.
  7. Ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
  8. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Possession of a passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests.
  2. Energetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members and all guests.
  3. Knowledge of how to make common drinks and the ability to follow the recipe for new drinks.
  4. Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
  5. Excellent communication skills with guests and team-members.
  6. Ability to pay attention to details.
  7. Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds repetitively.
  8. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
