Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist I, you will operate under direct supervision while undergoing initial training to manage routine customer service inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and consistent information delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with various essential functions, including but not limited to:
  • Maintaining customer records to ensure information is current.
  • Researching and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Managing requests for assistance, information, and issue resolution.
  • Providing accurate and consistent responses to customer concerns, taking immediate action to meet their needs.
  • Maintaining regular communication with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Training customers on various business applications to maximize their value.
  • Responding to diverse customer requests and needs.
  • Handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute and perform 10-key by touch.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks logically.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information effectively.
Work Environment:
This position is based in an office setting. Candidates may be subject to background checks and drug screenings, in accordance with applicable laws.
