We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide support and care to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism through our Lifesharing program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily care and support to individuals in a home setting
- Build meaningful relationships and promote independence
- Assist individuals in making everyday decisions and achieving goals of independence
- Support individuals in becoming active members of their family and community
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Criminal clearances for all household residents 18 years and older
- General physical examination for all residents above 6 months
- Current PA driver's license and motor vehicle record
- Provide home and motor vehicle insurance
- Adequate living space with a non-shared bedroom
- Stability, patience, kindness, and love
- Transportation and sensitivity to others' needs
- Commitment to training and working closely with agency representatives
- Competitive monthly stipend
- 30 days of respite
- 24/7 on-call support
- Independent contractor status
