- Develop and maintain Technical Roadmaps and Innovation Plans.
- Develop and implement CICD solutions.
- Establish project estimates and plans, identify risks and mitigations, oversee development and delivery of technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles.
- Actively lead collaboration within our technical communities.
- Experience and ability to "jump on a whiteboard" in front of a customer to develop a solution to a business / technology goal or challenge.
- Strong consulting and business acumen.
- 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of Cloud, DevOps, Automation, Application Modernization, Digital Transformation experience.
- Multiple certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Pro, AWS DevOps Engineer Pro, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, Etc.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Platform core services around Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, Containers, Security, Identity, etc.
- Experience with organizational adoption of transformational initiatives - Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Transformation, Application Modernization.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, CloudFormation.
- Experience with using and managing deployment services such as Harness, GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins, etc. Knowledge and usage of branching strategies is required.
- Hands-on experience in programming with Java, Python or any development language.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of modern cloud-native application design principles, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CICD Pipelines,
- Knowledge of enterprise organizations across multiple industries and inner IT functions (e.g. Enterprise Architecture, Operations).
