Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on trademark laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and file trademark applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and other government agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of trademark searches, applications, and registrations.
  • Assist with the prosecution of trademark applications, including responding to office actions and other official correspondence.

Requirements:
