KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

  • Administer and maintain the company’s IT systems
  • Provide technical support to end-users
  • Deploy and configure workstations, servers, printers, and other hardware
  • Ensure help desk and network systems are operational
  • Assist with the implementation of new ERP systems
  • Support IT needs through installation, troubleshooting, and account management
  • Collaborate with managed service providers for system testing

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR THE INFORMATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft O365
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory
  • Knowledge of VMware and Veeam technologies
  • Solid understanding of PCs, hardware, and software systems
