Carewatch of Michigan is currently in search of reliable and enthusiastic Care Leads to contribute to our mission. We seek individuals with strong customer service abilities, a sense of responsibility, and a genuine passion for assisting seniors or individuals with disabilities in performing daily activities safely.

Key Responsibilities: Duties include covering open shifts, managing timesheets, delivering supplies to clients, conducting supervisor visits, providing companionship, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, assisting with laundry, engaging in recreational activities, and offering personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to travel within a specified radius
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Reliable transportation necessary
  • Previous experience in senior care, either professional or personal
  • References must be provided and verified
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, and reaching
