About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Bickford Senior Living. As a Family Advocate, you will play a critical role in driving occupancy and revenue growth in our Branches.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized tours and lead follow-ups to prospective residents and families, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Manage the customer relations management tool (CRM) to document and organize follow-up activities.
  • Train Branch staff on phone and tour hospitality to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in managing the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.
  • Build relationships with community professionals to maximize referred leads.
  • Ensure the Branch is staged to maximize the customer's experience.
  • Participate in weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.
Qualifications
  • High-school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Experience in senior housing sales leadership is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record consistent with Bickford's insurance carrier guidelines.
