POSITION SUMMARY:
Accountable for delivering exceptional housekeeping services and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across various facilities, including office spaces and service areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and storage rooms.
2. Maintain cleanliness in all office environments, encompassing private offices, departmental workstations, hallways, entrances, and ancillary buildings.
3. Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies.
4. Procure necessary supplies and distribute them to designated areas.
5. Replenish consumables in restrooms and break rooms.
6. Operate various floor maintenance equipment to uphold diverse flooring types.
7. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, along with company policies and procedures.
8. Undertake additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Team-oriented with skills to manage conflicts effectively.

  • Physical capability to bend, twist, squat, and maneuver cleaning equipment throughout the shift.
  • Valid driver's license may be necessary based on job requirements.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and complete mandatory training.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and perform light lifting (20 to 50 lbs) consistently.
  • Exposure to varying climate conditions.
  • Potential exposure to cleaning agents, dust, and other irritants.
  • Work hours may fluctuate based on operational needs.
