As a Veterinary Client Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and emails, processing payments, and scheduling appointments.

We are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with our veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's schedule
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to provide a seamless experience for clients

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
