Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Seasons@Alexandria. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patients for reactions or side effects
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
Requirements:
- Current and valid RN license in the State of Kentucky
