Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage the sales process, from start to finish, and present our apartment homes and communities in a compelling way. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing a sale
  • Present apartment homes and communities in a compelling way, overcoming objections and building relationships with prospective residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among current residents
  • Lead management, following up regularly with potential leads and converting them into sales
  • Tour apartment homes and community grounds, including models, amenities, and vacant apartments
  • Prepare lease documents and related paperwork for management
  • Facilitate the move-in/move-out process
  • Promote positive resident relations and contribute to resident retention efforts
  • Respect confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety protocols
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Manage resident renewals and distribute and follow up on renewal notices
  • Execute on-site marketing and advertising directives, managing ILSs/website content/social media accounts
  • Manage broker relations, including managing MLS listings
  • Manage and contribute to positive online reputation management
  • Work with the maintenance department to handle apartment turnovers, move-ins, and work order requests
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of show units and tour routes
  • Assist in the preparation of newsletters and resident activities
  • Be a market knowledge expert and prepare monthly market surveys
