We are a reputable property management company in the Greater New Orleans, LA area, committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 264-unit luxury apartment community in River Ridge, LA: Bella Ridge North apartments.

Responsibilities:

• Show apartments to prospective residents and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
• Maintain a strong closing ratio
• Encourage prospective residents to lease from us by positioning our property and its apartments in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service
• Process service requests from residents and ensure prompt response to inquiries
• Answer incoming telephone calls and email inquiries

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
