Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead to lead our testing efforts, ensuring the highest quality of our applications. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership, project management, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the creation of test plans and ensure testing processes align with our PMO methodology and standards.
  • Develop and maintain test scenarios, scripts, and quality assurance metrics.
  • Provide daily testing metrics and reporting, and conduct daily standups with testers.
  • Train testers on best practices and track planning progress.
  • Escalate testing-related issues and ensure quality of testing activities and results.
  • Coaches and mentors junior test team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in project work, process management, and quality assurance.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday learning, implementation, or experience.
