Duties and Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, analyze test results, and report on test coverage and defect metrics.
  • Defect Management: Track and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle, working closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide QA team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Cloud Technologies: Demonstrate proficiency in working with cloud-based environments and leveraging AI/ML technologies for testing.
  • Test API and Web Services: Design, develop, and execute test plans for API and web services, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • 3 years in at least one of the test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Jmeter, ReadyAPI/GroovyScript)
  • 2 years of experience working with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML technologies
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • Successfully completed at least three software testing projects, resulting in a documented reduction in defects of at least 15% compared to previous projects
  • Experience testing applications built with LLM and Vertex AI
  • Knowledge of financial services industry standards and regulations
  • Experience with API and web services testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI
