About the Role

The Curriculum Lead serves as the primary curricular and instructional leader on campus, responsible for developing and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with the Vivvi philosophy of quality education and care. This role requires a deep understanding of child development, progressive learning models, and adult coaching and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of children from birth to 5 years old
  • Train and coach teachers on the Vivvi Learning Model, a child-centered, inquiry-based approach to early childhood education
  • Lead professional development sessions and model instructional best practices
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan thematic units that ignite children's love of learning and support their development
  • Support with administrative duties, including ordering curriculum materials and ensuring Vivvi lessons meet the highest educational standards
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in early childhood education
  • NY State Initial or Permanent Teaching Certification (birth to 2) preferred
  • Expertise in emergent- or inquiry-based curricula and a progressive approach to early childhood education
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families, children, and faculty and staff
  • Strong digital literacy, with proficiency in tools such as Google Suite and Brightwheel
What We Offer

Vivvi offers a competitive compensation package, including salaries ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 based on level of education and experience.
