Job Title: Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our school-based program and support the CEO in all aspects of program oversight and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily implementation and operations of the school-based program
  • Support the Director in completing paperwork requirements for funders, including attendance enrollment data, reports, and outcomes
  • Develop and implement fundraising events, outreach, and activities
  • Support with the supervision and group facilitation development of interns
  • Lead group facilitation with interns
  • Curriculum/group session plan development and provide feedback to staff on their group session plans
  • Budget creation and maintenance
  • Plan trips
  • Develop positive relationships with parents
  • Liaison between the school administration and organization
  • Organize and implement end-of-term shows
  • Program and administrative duties as assigned by the CEO

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Background in filmmaking and scriptwriting
  • Directing a play
  • Grant writing experience
  • SIFI-certified or qualified to become SIFI-certified
  • LMSW/LCSW

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Three or more years experience working with youth and young adults
  • Group counseling or facilitation experience
  • Three or more years of supervisory and program management experience
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including youth, educators, and partnership staff
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to set priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, willing, and able to take initiative and work independently, creatively, and collaboratively with fast-paced expectations and small staff
  • Experience following, creating, and improving curriculum & group session plans to meet student needs
  • Must pass the Department of Education background check
  • Fingerprinting required
