Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearJob Description:

The HSE Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive health and safety management system that aligns with industry standards and company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in managing HSE programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and maintaining a robust HSE management system
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Developing and updating safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction or industrial settings
  • OSHA 500 Certification
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:

This role is based in Houston, TX, but requires frequent travel to various job sites across the region.
