Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our team at Moving Mountains Therapy Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to clients of all ages who are exhibiting speech, language, hearing, voice, fluency, or swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults.
  • Evaluate patients to determine their specific needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
  • Monitor patients' progress and make treatment plan adjustments as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on speech-related topics and techniques for improved communication.
  • Perform administrative duties, including case management, lesson plan creation, and paperwork filing.
  • Participate in continuing education courses and training to further develop your clinical skills.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Ability to hold an SLP license in the State of Montana by your start date (limited or full license) - Clinical Fellows will be considered.
  • Ability to work well with diverse populations.
  • Enjoyment of collaboration with families, teammates, and community partners.
  • Current Montana Speech-Language Pathology License or ability to obtain licensure prior to hire date.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Current driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
  • Current CPR/ First Aid certification preferred or completed within 90 days of hire.
