As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in identifying and diagnosing communicative or oral lingual disorders, and providing therapeutic intervention for children birth to 3 years. Your expertise will help individuals develop essential communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with their environment and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address communication needs
  • Provide training and support to family members in implementing the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
  • Refer individuals for medical or other professional services as necessary
  • Ensure environmental adaptations and safety measures are in place to support communication development
  • Document services provided and facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Licensed by the State's Speech Pathology and Audiology Board
  • Meets criteria for First Steps Provider Enrollment
