Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at our Starke, FL location. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including counseling and education on new therapy and medications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and develop a team of pharmacy professionals, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profitability, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including retail, healthcare, and logistics, to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
