As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales, service, and maintenance professionals. You'll oversee branch operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for managing sales efforts, preparing reports, and overseeing personnel matters.
What You'll Do:
- Manage branch operations to drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Lead sales efforts and business initiatives to drive growth and revenue
- Prepare and analyze reports to inform business decisions
- Manage personnel matters, including hiring, training, and development
- Oversee safety initiatives, including audits, training, and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of business management experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Strong sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Effective leadership, motivational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
