Job Summary

As a Fuel Economy Engineer at Cognizant North America, you will play a key role in coordinating fuel economy certification activities. This position requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project work plans, including status updates and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure prototype vehicle and part requirements are met.
Support communication and confirmation of vehicle instrumentation requirements.
Coordinate with proving ground to execute vehicle mileage break-in and perform fuel economy testing.
Compile and submit test and supporting documentation to regulatory agencies as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in fuel economy homologation and compliance.
