As a Director at Huron, you will help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient, and employee engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct teams in the delivery of complex performance improvement engagements, creating collaborative, high-performing work environments while addressing issues, removing barriers, and ensuring successful client outcomes.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to achieve client business objectives, leveraging exceptional verbal communication and listening skills to understand client challenges and manage client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships while leading multi-faceted change processes, demonstrating change management expertise and positively influencing change in complex environments.
  • Provide team leadership, including role definition and development, team building, coaching/mentoring, and performance management, providing feedback through performance management.
  • Identify business development opportunities that align with Huron's capabilities and build and maintain a professional network to enhance and expand relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8-10 years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience.
  • One of the following: home infusion experience or experience building a PBM.
  • Strong leadership and management skills aligning to Huron's core values and competencies.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
  • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
  • The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
  • Direct supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 80% (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed.
  • Preferred experience in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US Work Authorization required.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this job is $177,000 - $235,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $221,250 - $317,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
