Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience. Power electronics expertise is essential, with a strong background in AC-DC conversion, DC-AC conversion, motor control design, and testing.
  • Ability to conduct system modeling, system simulation, and verification using MATLAB/Simulink. Conduct prototype testing on hardware-in-loop systems, variable speed drives, and chillers to verify control performance.
  • Proficiency in driving testing, setting up, and using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, etc.), gathering results, and creating test reports.
  • Understanding and adherence to quality policies, procedures, and instructions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
