Lead Medical Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to fill a leadership role at St. Luke's Health System. As a member of our medical team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring others to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This role requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage daily medical office operations
- Supervise and train medical staff
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant
