Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled Commercial Electrical Estimation Supervisor to enhance our team at Superior EMP. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in estimating management and will leverage their background in electrical journeyman construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the electrical estimation process for a diverse range of commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Lead a team of estimators, providing mentorship and support to optimize performance.
  • Thoroughly review and interpret project documentation, including plans and specifications, to generate precise estimates.
  • Evaluate and authorize change orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to guarantee timely and budget-conscious estimates.
  • Engage in project meetings, contributing valuable insights for planning and execution.
  • Continuously refine the estimating process, implementing industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of recent experience in electrical estimating management.
  • Hands-on experience as an Electrical Journeyman and familiarity with construction methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret plumbing, HVAC, architectural, civil, and structural plans related to electrical installations.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, PlanSwift, SureCount, Autodesk, Intellibid, and/or EBM.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
