We are seeking a proficient Commercial Electrical Estimating Manager to enhance our operations at Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. The successful candidate will possess significant experience in leadership roles within the estimating domain, complemented by a solid foundation in electrical construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the electrical estimating activities for a variety of commercial initiatives
  • Supervise a team of estimators to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Analyze project documentation and specifications to produce precise estimates
  • Collaborate with project management teams to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project execution
  • Engage in project discussions and contribute insightful perspectives
  • Enhance estimating methodologies and adopt industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of recent experience in managerial electrical estimating
  • Experience in Electrical Journeyman roles and construction methodologies
  • Capability to interpret diverse construction documents and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant estimating software
