Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Reliability Specialist to join our team at Exponential Power Inc. As an Electrical Reliability Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our power systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct capacity testing of batteries for Commercial, Telecom, and Industrial systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on power systems, including truck P.M.'s and generator P.M's.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • 6 months of training or comparable work experience/training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with power systems and electrical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Electrical Reliability Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
