We are a prominent staffing agency in search of a committed and skilled Industrial Maintenance Assistant Manager to become part of a vibrant team within a respected industrial setting.
Position:
Industrial Maintenance Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily functions of the maintenance crew, ensuring all preventive maintenance activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead a team of over 20 maintenance professionals, offering clear guidance and support to guarantee high performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve and surpass maintenance objectives.
- Convey maintenance strategies and updates to the team and report progress to upper management.
- Adjust to a fast-paced environment, showcasing flexibility with work hours to accommodate job demands.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential; applications lacking this qualification will not be taken into account.
- Demonstrated experience in an industrial maintenance setting with a solid grasp of preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Proven capability to lead and manage a large team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
