About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at FullBloom. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address speech and language deficits in students.
  • Collaborate with school teams and families to provide personalized guidance and support.
  • Design and implement intervention programs to remediate deficit speech/language skills in identified students.
  • Work with school personnel and parents to design and implement individual service plans to address student needs.
  • Offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student speech language goals.
  • Act as a resource to parents, school personnel, and other caregivers in the area of speech/language development.
  • Administer appropriate screening and/or diagnostic tests to determine child's speech/language competency, if requested.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, identify strengths and weaknesses in areas of speech/language skills, and generate reports providing feedback to school personnel and parents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required.
  • Master's Degree from an ASHA accredited university is required.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential is required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency is preferred.
  • Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
