About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Wardlaw School, a division of the Atlanta Speech School. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with mild to moderate language-based learning disabilities, including dyslexia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement individualized intervention plans for students with language-based learning disabilities
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to establish and implement language goals for each student
  • Provide individual and small group therapy sessions, as well as whole-class language instruction
  • Evaluate students to identify language strengths and weaknesses
  • Communicate effectively with parents and teachers to ensure seamless support for students
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • A valid Georgia license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with children with language-based learning disabilities, preferably in a school setting
