Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing calls, and performing administrative tasks as requested by the supervisor.
- Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
- Answer phone calls efficiently and effectively
- Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Assist with administrative tasks as requested
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of IT principles and practices
- Understanding of healthcare and long-term care organizations
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
