Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service tires using a hydraulic tire press
  • Dismount and mount tires, and service customer products as specified by the customer order
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all equipment, including service vehicles
  • Report any material that does not meet quality standards, equipment that requires maintenance, delays at customer sites, potential issues with customer equipment before servicing, accidents or concerns about safety or other potential hazards to the Service Manager
  • Job requires regular bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching movements, lifting product of weights up to 75 pounds, standing for prolonged periods
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • A commitment to work with the highest regard for personal safety and the safety of others
  • Punctuality, effective time management skills, and a willingness to work overtime as required
  • A strong attention to detail, initiative, critical thinking, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently, in addition to following accurate, specific, and technical instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance
  • Effective communication with customers on a professional level regarding product and business operations
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment and/or mechanical proficiency preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite software applications
