Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Counselor to join our team at Indianapolis Public Schools. As a School Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs to meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing academic, career, and personal/social concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success.
  • Use data to inform counseling programs and services.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure student progress and well-being.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
  • Valid Indiana State Teacher's school guidance counselor license.
