Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Electrical Engineers with a focus on RF/Electromagnetics to join our team at Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector in Charlottesville, VA.

Job Summary

This position will be part of our Maritime/Land Sensors & Systems division, Naval Systems business unit. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems for our naval systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for naval systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other systems
  • Test and validate electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for electrical systems
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetics, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related STEM field. You must also be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and have the ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Experience or coursework related to RF and/or Electromagnetics
  • Active US Secret Clearance

Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $62,200 - $93,400 USD Annual for Level 1 and $75,300 - $112,900 USD Annual for Level 2. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
